  • Team development for front and back office staffs of two private practices
  • Developed a performance appraisal program; designed conversion from vacation/sick leave benefit to PTO; created a safety program
  • Series of management/supervisory training classes spanning a 2-year period
  • Assisted in developing an evacuation plan
  • Provide ongoing HR administration for a medical clinic

    Non-Profit
  • Developed a performance appraisal process and provided related management training
  • Ongoing skill seminars for supervisors and managers of non-profit organizations on topics such as performance appraisals, wage and hour law, employment law, interviewing, mediation
  • Created/updated job descriptions, established pay grades and ranges for 350-employee organization
  • Provide ongoing training and consulting services to business clients for a community college district

High Tech/Manufacturing

  • Developed and conducted a series of management training programs on interviewing, meeting facilitation, delegation and time management
  • Developed the interviewing component of a job description software upgrade for an HR software company
  • Provide ongoing HR administration for a computer manufacturing company

Wine Industry

  • Provided overall HR administration support for a wine distribution company, including benefits administration and recruiting

  • Created an employee handbook and a performance management process; conducted team development training; provide ongoing HR support and executive coaching
