Biography
NBER is a human resources consulting and training company that exists to support smaller organizations in achieving their mission through their people.
Joan Greenfield, SPHR, is a Human Resources generalist with extensive experience in organization development, training, staffing, compensation, and employee relations. She provides a full spectrum of human resources services primarily for smaller businesses and organizations. Her goal is to help clients set up the systems and processes that will support them as they grow.
In addition to regular, ongoing client support, she provides contract training and facilitation programs for:
- Council on Education and Management (Charlotte, NC)
- Sonoma State University, (Rohnert Park, CA)
- Northern California Human Resource Association (San Francisco, CA)
- PHR and SPHR Certification preparation (Santa Rosa, CA)
- Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (Pleasanton, CA)
Other experience includes:
- Training Manager for a healthcare insurance provider
- HR Manager for a high tech manufacturing company
- Assistant to the Curriculum Director of a school district.
